This is the second most common of the error messages being experienced by gamers on the XBOX One and PlayStation 4 home consoles.
Unable to connect to Rockstar game services at this time. Please try again later. [Error: 0x99350000]
Unfortunately like Error: 0x20010006 there is really isn't anything that can be done to fix this error other than try connecting again. As annoying as it is to be kicked while trying to load into the game or in the middle of a mission there is nothing that can be done other than wait for Rockstar games to get their server issues sorted. When RDR2 Online finally comes out of Beta this should all go away.
According to Rockstar's forums there are a few things you can change on the connection side, but really these are not going to fix a thing. They are listed below as posted by user Swavey-exe of Reddit.com
1 . Holding L1 & R1 as soon as the red dead splash screen in the very begging fades to black. Supposedly puts debug mode off .
2 . Changing DNS settings Primary - 8.8.8.8 Secondary - 8.8.4.4
3 . Having Open Nat type or "Nat type 1"
4. Unplugging router for a few minutes.
5. Restarting PS4
6. Port forwarding:
Red Dead Redemption 2 - PlayStation 4 TCP: 1935,3478-3480 UDP: 3074,3478-3479,6672,61455-61458
Red Dead Redemption 2 - Xbox One TCP: 3074 UDP: 88,500,3074,3544,4500,6672,61455-61458
If there are any updates to actual fixes that can be done by the user this article will be adjusted, but for now know you are with the 10’s of thousands of others that have the exact same problem, and it is on Rockstar's end.
