Straight Talk LG511C review

The new LG511C from Straight talk

The LG511C came out a few days ago on the Straight Talk website, this CDMA phone looks good. The phone features the proprietary LG OS much like that of the LG800G that came out earlier on Tracfone this year. So if you liked that phone then this one will be great too. The addition of a full QWERTY keyboard will no doubt be welcome. At $199 we find it hard to believe that it will sell like hot cakes. This phone is not 3G.

It's coming out August 26st. Straight from a rep at Straight Talk!

Comment:

I don't want to appear stupid but does this have the touch screen for dialing or do you have to use the qwerty keyboard?

Here it is August 26 and I dont see it anywhere for sale??

I emailed StraightTalk and asked them about the release date, and believe it or not they answered quick. They responded that they have not decided on a release date, but to keep looking on their website and WalMart's website for this phone.
