Nokia is well known for quality workmanship and support when it comes to cell phones but somehow during the SmartPhone boom around 2008 the Nokia phones were left at the shop. Ultimately because SmartPhones had become popular seemingly overnight with the likes of Apple and Android (on various hardware). Instead of going with the trend Nokia kept doing what Nokia does, making quality Nokia phones. This was good and bad, but ultimately it was bad because Nokia persevered with making phones that were an old concept.
With the new of Microsoft’s closed source OS going to the Nokia hardware platform there are mixed feelings among Nokia fans. So the question has to be asked, Will Nokia comeback?
Maybe the Nokia N8 is a sign of things to come, just with Windows on it.. which really wouldn’t be that bad right?
Personally I hope they comeback, with their great phone quality that we have been treated with in the past.
