this phone is no good is dat why its discontinued

Its not dicontinued its just the key on top. That phone is current.

I just purchased this phone. Can anyone tell me how to get the pictures and videos from the phone to my computer. I got a usb cable and plugged it into the usb port on my computer but all it does is charge my phone. I don't know what to do!

Connect the phone to your computer via USB cable. On the phone, you'll get a message asking, "Connect to PC?" and you click "YES". Then when your PC recognizes connection, either a window will open or you'll get an icon in "MY COMPUTER". Open the icon and you'll see several folders. The folder containing your pictures is "DCIM". The pictures you took should be in there. :-) I sure hope this helps! Brian

The phone does not ask me to CONNECT TO PC all it does is charge

what kind of usb cable do u use? the phone does not come with one

can u get a scanner app for this phone?

What You Have To Do is Go To a store and buy a micro SD card and adapter if you don't have sd port on your PC go buy a inverter then save the pics you want to the sd card micro and plug the micro into the adapter then into your pc or inverter to the pc then go it though my computer or view as files then go to pictures or images then drag and drop em into your desktop. and all of the stuff you need to buy is available at radio shack for 10 to15 dollars

I just got the phone and the tutorials are horrible! For the life of me, I can't figure out how to set up my email, so that I can retrieve emails from the phone. My email address has a _ (underscore) in it. But I still can't figure how to get the keyboard to come up so I can enter my email or to even begin this process. Help!
