This is the WORST phone I have ever owned - and I have had some stinkers before. It was expensive and after only 2 months use - it is complete junk. Initially, only the speaker phone was terrible, but the DATA service is SLOOOOW and frequently just shuts down, it won't send my emails no matter what I do with the settings, it has to have the battery taken out, re-placed and rebooted several times a week and it loses calls - not drops them, all the time. I could live with that - but now it the battery won't charge. The battery has always been a problem - and now it is toast. I have lost $275.00. There are so many other people with Motorola Triumph cell phones with similar problems who are trying to recover at least a little of their money, so there are literally 100's of these phones for sale online. I just want a phone that works most the time. Is that too much to ask and how much do I have to pay?
