If you’re an iPhone or iPad owner, then you have probably had to put the mental picture of how your phone was manufactured far away in the back of your mind, and no one would blame you. Given the disgusting working conditions endured by under paid staff working at Foxconn and Apple’s other miserable factories in China. I realize that there are many other companies that make stuff for US Corporations in China, but no one more than Apple tries to portray this squeaky-clean image of having the perfect product, all the while ignoring how this success came about. What is a phone worth? Is the price of getting the latest phone really worth the bloodshed of dozens of people who have to commit suicide or died from the harsh, concentration camp style work environment. These poor people that get no credit from Apple jump to their death to escape the prison like conditions, often standing for 24 hours on the assembly line. Apple was founded on good principals to make computers easy to use for people lacking the ability to adapt to changing technology trends; this was re affirmed when the iPhone 4s came out and people were so excited about this new phone that wasn’t as powerful as the Samsung Galaxy S II that had been on the market for some time. Users of apple products really don’t care what they are buying, nor do they care how powerful the product is… as long as they get the product that fits with their douche all important sorry ass images. AT&T Huawei U2800A Review
| The AT&T U2800A is a base model cell phone that you can get for around the $20 mark. This phone is suited to someone who wants a really basic phone for making phone calls or texting. For someone who is on vacation, and they want a phone that they don’t really care about so much, or will have lesser chance of being stolen then this phone is the way to go. The AT&T U2800A is made by Huawei and is one of the cheapest phones that you can get on the AT& GoPhone prepaid network. This phone is 3G, but it will be a hard to take advantage of the 3G speeds given the phone only has a basic WAP browser that was great on cell phones two years ago. This phone has not got a Camera or a memory card slot. All in all, it is a $20 cell phone. | ![]() |

Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Review
| This is a pretty cool tablet that pretty much is everything you are looking for in a tablet for around the $400 mark and does everything the iPad does and more. So it is hard to know where to start with this device it's just such a cool device to have, and it really does look like an iPad, there is no denying that. It is just like a laptop but with great battery life, I know for some people it is hard to get away from using a mouse and keyboard and because of this you can buy keyboard docks for this tablet, and if you don’t want to fork out $70 for one of these you can always use a generic Bluetooth keyboard or mouse because there are still some websites that are a little hard to use on a tablet due to the fact that they are not designed for it. In fact, we have been working to make Wontek.com work a bit better on tablet devices seeing they are quickly taking over as devices for Internet usage. I don’t really want to go on about the specs too much as I know people really don’t give a crap, they want to know if it is usable or not, and whether it is a quality product or not, and this is a classy product that does all that. It really doesn’t matter who you are when you use this thing, there are apps and other things that you will just love using on this tablet. The screen is really responsive, and has amazing battery life, something like a smart phone, but even with a heavy use you probably can get away with only charging the Galaxy 10.1 once every few days. Go out and have a look at a demo model at your local electronic store you will be pressed to find a reason not to get one for yourself... well done Samsung! |
AT&T Fusion Review (Huawei U8652)
| I must say this AT&T Fusion (also known as the Huawei U8652) is a very impressive phone for the price. Huawei is really doing a good job with keeping up with bigger Android phones at an affordable rate, and because this phone only really just came out I think we can expect to see a price in the next few months and this thing will go like a wild fire. This phone is very light even with the battery installed, but doesn’t appear to lack any features. This phone has a Qualcomm 600Mhz CPU which seems to do some pretty fast processing consisdering it is not the fastest CPU in the Smartphone world. The 3.2MP camera is ok, doesn’t really look like the photos are the best quality (view the attached photo below left). Check the video above for more of a look at this cool slim Android phone. | |||

A phone service called Prepayd is out.
The latest prepaid MVNO company to join the competition is called ‘PrePayd’ the name being a spin on the misspelling of prepaid. The range of phones at ATM is very limited, but they have only just started so anything could happen from here. Prepayd service is using the Sprint network which is become vastly popular with prepaid of late. More information is on our Prepayd reviews page.
Straight Talk LG Optimus Q Review
The LG Optimus Q, Straight Talk’s second Android phone is on its way. If you're interested you can already pre-order the phone at Straight Talk reserve order page here: http://reserve.straighttalkandroid.com/. This is a great phone with the addition of a full QWERTY keyboard. The LG Optimus Q is not a new model, it came out last year. This phone should be better than the Samsung Galaxy Precedent, LG from my experience have always made better phones. So this LG Optimus Q should make the competition worry. It is however going to be on the Sprint Network so check coverage maps before you order. $179 | ![]() |
