The Internet access is so slow CDMA X1 (it's not 3G) but it's very relieable.

I have tried numerous times to add money to my account using the normal visa that I usually use and for some reason it is no longer allowing me to do so!

My son has this phone.He never goes w/o bars and has no issues with the phone itself. The only problem that I have with it is that I can not load minutes/air time with my credit card. I must go to the store and buy prepaid cards.

It would actually be nice to be able to download a ringtone or two....everytime i attempt to download any music i get the same error message.

The ringer on my LG220c STOPPED WORKING, so I always have to keep my phone on vibrate. i misplace my phone often so its hard for me to find it if i always have to keep it on vibrate. Such a waste of $40!

If you bought the phone within the last year it does come with a one year warrenty. Try contacting the help desk for information on how to get it taken care of!
